Kagome Higurashi is unusual girl in many ways. This girl is sweethearted but when she gets angry, she can scare even demons. She lives with her mother, grandpa and younger brother in old shrine. When she was 15 years old she was pulled into mysterious well by demon. It turns out that she is the reincarnation of Kikyou and has the Shikon Jewel inside her body. She unsealed Inuyasha and accidentally shattered the jewel into pieces with her arrow. Now she and Inuyasha have to collect the jewel fragments so evil demons and humans can't get their hands on them. In the beginning, she didn't like Inuyasha because he was rather rude to her. Later on, she begins to fall in love with him and is willing to stay with him even though he couldn't forget about Kikyou.
